INSURABILITY: the FOUR POINT and the WIND MITIGATION reports are essential for obtaining insurance. We can package the price as part of a general inspection or charge a fee only for these two important items. The MIT can save a client a whole lot of money in windstorm premiums.
People come to use asking for help legalizing work previously done without permits. It might be that they are buying a house and some of the improvements never went through permitting process. Our residential contracting license allows us to obtain permits and call for municipal inspections of work which can then be approved and included in the building history.
